AUTHENTICITY

Battle with Irresponsible Cue Makers
The existence of copied cues is not new to the snooker industry. In fact, the behaviour of copying the products of a popular brand is becoming serious over the years. In China, you will find copied cues not only for O'Min, also for other reputable brands such as John Parris, Paradon, Will Hunt and etc.
The worst thing is that the irresponsible cue makers are allowed to register our brand logo in multiple countries. For example, if you search O'Min/ John Parris in the Intellectual Property Database of China, you may notice that there are over 30 slightly different logo are being registered. Once we sue them, they close down the company and re-registered another company again. Unfortunately, all brands have limited control over this.
Hereby, we have to say that O'Min Cues is originated and manufactured from Thailand. We do not sell painted cue, all of our butt and shaft are made with 100% real woods. The Founder can only speak and read Thai and he will not sign on any formal documents in foreign language. Previously there are new dealers/customers who walk in to the factory and asked the Founder to take pictures and sign photograph for them. At the end, they used these pictures as the prove of authorization allowing them to sell O'Min Cues in different logo in oversea. All these are fake because we only have one type of logo!
Long story short, if you want to check the authenticity of your cue. Kindly compare the logo of your cue with our registered Intellectual Trademark as shown below or email to us omincues_universe@hotmail.com. We will provide you the authenticity report.
