Shipping Policy
Our shipping will be conducted through Express Mail Services ('EMS') because it is the safest and fastest international parcel delivery service provider that is available in almost all countries in the world. All products will be shipped directly from the O'Min Cues Limited Partnership Factory, which is located at Minburi, Bangkok.
The preparation and crafting period will take approximately 3-5 working days to complete and we will deliver your cue immediately once our Masters have checked the final quality. We will provide periodic update on the completion of your cue.
All cues will be delivered in aluminium box as shown in the picture below:
Return & Exchange Policy
We will refund the money paid if we haven't deliver your cue out from Thailand Factory within 1 months of order or we couldn't deliver to your designated country due to unexpected interrupted caused by EMS. We do not accept cancellation once the payment is made and our Masters have started to craft your cue.
We accept replacement of order if you wish to upgrade your ordered cue to a higher rank before the completion of crafting. The remaining money shall be paid before delivering to you. Otherwise, we will on hold the order until we receive your acknowledgement and payment.
