O'Min Cues is a reputable brand in Thailand and also Worldwide. With our 30 years experience of craftmanship, we believe that we can provide you a good quality cue with reasonable price. Cue making is not about branding and fancy design, our quality has carried us to survive in the most competitve market for the past 30 years and we believe that it is the proof of our brand and quality. We also understand that there are many Chinese cue makers, who are copying our brand. However, the quality cannot be stolen because we use premium woods and each wood is personally selected by our Founder. This is the reason why O'Min Cues Global is established as we wish to communicate directly with our oversea customers and receive feedback from you. We believe we can provide the highest quality and authentic O'Min Cues that fit your needs and bring you up to the next level of snooker game.

Yes, our Founder is very passionate in cue craftmanship. Despite his age near to 60, he works every day in the factory and also in-charge for the Research and Development (R&D) deparment for developing new series of cue or using new materials in making cue. For example, his technique of using abalone shell in making logo plate of Hunter 11 is remarkable and very first in Thailand. He is also responsible for raw wood selection, the shaft of every O'Min Cues is hand-picked and choosen by him. The CEO of O'Min Cues Global is also assisting the Founder in designing O'Min Cues and monitoring the quality. In fact, every cue before shipped out from the factory, the cue must be checked and approved by the Head of Factory, CEO of O'Min Cues Global and the Founder. We work hard to serve you the best.

O'Min Cues Global is a subsidiary of O'Min Cues Limited Partnership (Thailand). It was established in 2020 as a result of 30th anniversary business restructuring and aims to target on oversea markets to reduce communication barriers with our customers. It was an initiative of our Founder and O'Min Cues Global is co-leading by Dr. Mark (CEO of O'Min Cues Global), who graduated from ivy-league and specialise in snooker cue craftmanship, cue design and branding. He worked with the Founder for many years and speaks multiple foreign lanaguages, which makes the Founder to delegate the authority to him in handling all oversea markets. As the Founder said 'It's time to let the young people to shine.' Kindly be assure that the O'Min Cues Global do not charge additional fees on any purchase and consultation. We work together in order to build a more sustainable snooker society and we hope that O'Min Cues can help you to achive your very first 147.

Nope. O'Min Cues only has a factory, which is located at Minburi, Bangkok. If you found an 'O'Min Cues' with slightly different logo, it is highly suspected that the cue is not authentic. Currently, we have numerous dealers in oversea countries. The biggest dealer is located at Malaysia, which is also the branch of O'Min Cues. However, we do not agree and tolerate with any party to manufacture O'Min Cues outside Thailand. You are welcome to check with us on the authenticity of your O'Min Cue via facebook or email omincues_universe@hotmail.com and we will provide you an authentification report.

All our prices are fixed and non-negotiable. The price is determined by our Founder similar to the price in Thailand. We believe that our prices are competitive and affordable compare to other brands selling in oversea markets with the quality that you get.

Unlike other Asian brand, O'Min Cues focus on the quality of shaft. The cost of a cue mainly distrubuted to the good raw woods, imported from many countries such as U.K, U.S, Canada, Thai and etc. O'Min Cues do not provide fancy and multiple choices of butt design but rest assure 80% of the cost goes to the solid ash/maple woods and our Masters manpower. We understand that some consumers may feel that O'Min Cues is expensive but what you pay is what you get. Throwing peanut will only get monkey. Comparing to other Asian and UK brands, which marketing in oversea markets with higher price, O'Min Cues is more affordable with the quality that you get. Making a beautiful and quality cue is difficult and we spent a lot of time and money to invest in our Masters and raw materials to make sure you have the best cue.

Nope. Kindly be aware that we do not sell in any 3rd party e-commerce website such as E-bay, Amazon, Lazada, TaoBao and etc. We also noted that most of the sellers in the e-commerce website are selling fake/ copied cues, which are not the authentic products of O'Min Cues Thailand. We take no responsibility on the transaction happended in 3rd part e-commerce.

Once we receive your oder, we will proceed for the very first step in cue making: Wood Selection. Kindly noted that we do not sell ready stocks to our oversea markets due to the requirement of customising your very own cue. In the 1st step, we select the beautiful ash woods that can work on your cue. For 2nd step, the Founder and/or CEO of O'Min Cues Global will procedd for checking and confirmation with the selected raw wood. Once approval is obtained, the raw wood will be sent to respective Masters to craft your cue. In the 3rd step, our Master will split your cue based on the specifications provided by you and measure the right balancing to fit your requirements. The woods of butt design such as rose wood, ebony, snake wood and etc will also be crafted in this step. Once the draft model of the cue is ready, the Head of factory will proceed for preliminary checking and then our Masters will craft the cue until it is complated. Tips and polishing will be done in the last step by our Master. Lastly, the final cue will be presented to the Founder and CEO of O'Min Cues Global for quality checking purpose. Once it is approved, your cue will be packed and delivered by our logistic team.

We do not force our customers to purchase cue box for shipping purpose. For all oversea shipping, we ship in aluminium box without additional charge. Our customers only need to pay for the EMS shipping fees.

O'Min Cues Global is established to target for oversea markets. Temporary, our public relations team can speak and communicate in fluent English, Mandarin and Thai. Yes, we suggest you to provide us the specification of your cue when you place your oder. Otherwise, we will follow the standard specification of O'Min Cues, as follow: Length: 57' -58' Weight: 17.5oz - 18oz Ferrule: 9.3mm-10mm Butt Size: 29mm - 30mm If you wish to inform us/ change the specification of the cue, kindly contact us within 24 hours after you placed your order.

Once you have made your payment, we will start to select the best quality wood to craft your cue. The following steps: wood selection, splitting, crafting and quality checking wiill take approximately 1-2 weeks to complete. We will ship out immediately once your cue is ready. For EMS delivery service, it will take around 2-4 weeks to reach your home depend on the logistic company. We also provide email update to inform you on every process of your cue.

Yes, we do provide dealership program to any potential business that can promote O'Min Cues in their domestic country. Discount will be given as the privilege of dealers for bulk purchase. However, we have very strict terms and conditions that must be followed by every dealer and we do not encourage competition between dealers in the same country.
