Ultimate (Design) is similar to Ultimate (Ebony). The only difference is that Ultimate (Design) allows owners to customize the butt design instead of using pure black ebony. You may refer to the pictures above as samples. 

For inquiry on the Ultimate (Design), kindly contact us or email: omincues_universe@hotmail.com because not all design is workable and we have to confirm that the design won't affect the cue power.

REFUND:

We will refund the money if the cue has not been delivered out from our Thailand Factory after 1 month of payment.

Exchange and Upgrade:

If you wish to exchange your cue model to other similar price cue model or upgrade to a higher cue model, kindly inbox or drop us an email at omincues_universe@hotmail.com or contact us through Facebook within 24 hours after payment. 

We will ship your cue in Aluminium Box, which is safe and avoid potential damage caused by the logistic company. Cue crafting process will take approximately 1-4 weeks and deliver to your destination will take approximately 2-4 weeks depend on the logistic company.
